Nicole Beumer | Former Squash International & Padel Coach

As a child, but also later as a professional squash player, I am always interested and committed to learning about vitality and play. One of the most effective ways to achieve physical and mental well-being is play & exercise.Play is healthy, play connects.
I work with teams and individuals, on a journey to connection, health and well-being.

We usually associate peakperformance with health when it comes to elite athletes, musicians or successful businessmen. However, it is not a matter of superior genetics that leads to peak performance. People who do extraordinary things have come up with ways to be very progressive in improving themselves, by applying 'deliberate practice'.

Empower through play is my Ikigai. Ikigai is a Japanese concept that stands for "what you get out of bed for" and what is worth living for. It is your passion in which these elements come together: what you love, what you are good at and what you can give to the world.
Many life lessons can be learned from sport. We are happy to share them with your team.
